“Picture it @ Your Library" is the theme of the 2008 Adult Summer Reading Program. Adults may begin reading June 2 to participate in this year’s summer reading program. Participants must read books from the library’s collection to be eligible to enter their name for a chance to win weekly prizes as well as the grand prize on August 15. You can double your chances to win in the following ways: Read a book that is photography related, donate food items or money to help offset some of the expenses incurred for snacks at the children’s and teen’s summer programs, or attend one of our special programs. We will have several special programs on Thursdays or Saturdays. We will also be sponsoring a photography contest for our adult patrons. Submissions will be accepted beginning August 1 and judged August 15. Photos will be displayed throughout the month August.
